Newton artist Chris Allen has long used quilting to give encouragements of hope, and to share her Christian testimony. Through quilts, she tells stories of kindness, love and struggle, while documenting births, weddings, and historic events such as the COVID pandemic and 9/11. 

Chris will share dozens of quilts and the stories behind them as she presents "Every Quilt Tells a Story."

We will provide a livestream of this event via Zoom (click here to register), but it'll probably be easier to enjoy in person at the library, 223 E. 7th, Newton, KS.
